Photocatalytic ceramic particles

Purifier photocatalytic ceramic particles are porous materials based on SiO2, Ca(OH)2 etc. and manufactured via special technique to coat a layer of modified catalytic nanomaterial on the surface.
Combining physical adsorption and chemical degradation, this product is able to effectively adsorb the VOCs (such as formaldehyde and benzene etc.) which will be subsequently oxidised to H20 and CO2. The purification is based on a cyclic process of adsorption → degradation → re-adsorption.
This product can be used in the commercial devices including air purifiers, ventilation systems, air purification boxes etc. In terms of ability of degrading formaldehyde, it has significantly outplayed the active carbon.

Method:the test was carried out in a sealed container of 27L, where 100g active carbon or Purifier photocatalytic material was loaded and tested under the natural light condition.

Stronger ability in catalytic degradation without the need of UV radiation

Routine photocatalytic materials work only under the illumination of UV lamps. However, the Purifier products demonstrate decent photocatalytic ability under the natural light sources.

The cyclic process of The cyclic process of adsorption → degradation → re-adsorption enhances the degradation efficiency and avoids secondary pollution.

The Purifier products are the perfect combination of physical adsorption and chemical degradation, which fix the target VOCs before the chemical reactions. Through enlarged reaction area and elongated reaction time, it can achieve higher efficiency and more thorough removal of VOCs.
